The Cipher
A Cipher is born sealed. It is a numbered claim, not a payment promise.
A private reserve for a public chain
The Veil Syndicate is a proposed collection of activated Ciphers on Robinhood Chain. Fees become ZEC reserves. Ciphers keep the record.

One token unlocks the room. One Cipher records your place in it. Only an activated Cipher can share in the ZEC reserve.
$VSYNC is the access key, not the prize. You burn it to light a Cipher and climb its rank. The money that feeds the reserve comes from the protocol’s trading activity.
$VSYNC is the utility token of the Syndicate.
Burn $VSYNC. Your Cipher becomes active after the waiting period.
Active Ciphers receive their share of reserve purchases.
Burn the Cipher to close the position and open its window.
A Cipher doesn’t promise a fixed yield. It earns a share of what the press actually receives, weighted by the rank engraved on it.
The rank and cage travel with it. The new bearer burns $VSYNC to light it again.
Every active Cipher carries its own accounting. A portion of each distribution remains locked as its reserve, the rest is claimable by its bearer.
Reserve balance is published before issue. The protocol can allocate the reserve, it cannot borrow against the cage.
0x0000…c0deThe public version of the rules. The final charter will be a contract, a document and a commitment to make the numbers legible.
A Cipher is born sealed. It is a numbered claim, not a payment promise.
Burn $VSYNC to activate a Cipher. Activation writes its rank and opens its share.
Fees received by the protocol are converted into the reserve asset on a published cadence.
Each active Cipher keeps an accounting of its share and its locked reserve.
Burn a Cipher to close its position and redeem the ZEC representation held for it.
Contracts, audits, reserve mechanics, and legal terms publish before issue.
